Name: Was originally Laisha Dewood, but when she became a fledgling, she changed her name to Laci Darkshadow

Appearance: Laci has long, glossy black hair that goes down to her waist, with strange purple eyes. Her skin is tannish, but not very much so. She is thin, and her face is slightly long (not very long, just averagely long). Her eyes are big, and her lips are full and rosy in color. Laci's tattoo is square on her forehead, not to the side or anything. She has long fingers and her fingernails are always well-cared-for.
Personality: Loving, caring, and easy-to-like. She cares for fledglings as if they were her own children, because she knows how they felt. However, if someone were to get on her bad side, they may just so happen to have a wolf rip their throats out in their sleep... ^-^
Also, she is very peaceful, slightly shy, but can be very outgoing and brave at times. She absolutely loves animals, and has a cat. She is closer to animals than other vampyres, but if she knows a vampyre well enough, she can bond easily.
Family: None, she was an orphan.

History: Laci attended a HoN in Chicago and was doing very well in all of her classes except Sociology.
Her family was traveling on her first vacation when she was four, and while they were on the highway a truck hit them and the entire vehicle went off the road and crashed, leaving Laci as the only survivor. Her mother died instantly, her father died in the hospital, and her only sibling (a brother) died right beside her five minutes before the ambulance arrived. She was instantly transported to an orphanage, as her only other family lived across the country and didn't meet any of the requirements to take her in. She was Marked at age 14, and moved to the Chicago HoN happily, as none of the kids at the orphanage liked her negative attitude. The adults there didn't exactly favor her either, but her attitude increased dramatically when she arrived at the House of Night. She became bearable to be around, and easy to love. Her cat, Fae, chose her in her second year at the House of Night.
Occupation: Could she possibly be a teacher at the House of Night?
Affinities: She has an affinity for animals (if that's okay? she normally does.)
Tattoo(s): Her crescent mark is filled in (clearly...) with swirly white lines through it that resemble vines. Along the line are small flower-like shapes that weave in and out of the vines.
